Your first taste of Guyana is our Creole dishes. We take you to a restaurant where you would enjoy a taste of our local finger foods. We introduce you to a unique taste of ‘black pudding’ and souse and ‘Pepperpot’ and cassava bread’. These are all traditional Guyanese food that are enjoyed all year long.
Then we take you for a drive through the city of Georgetown. We take you down Main Street and up the East Coast to another restaurant to enjoy a traditional Indian meal. Guyanese Indian dishes are extremely tasty because we add some Guyana flavour. Here you will enjoy a variety of curries served with Roti or Rice and Dhall. You will be able to indicate how spicy you like it, so don’t be afraid.
The last leg of the tour takes us to a restaurant on the sea. Here you will enjoy some delicious Chinese cuisine prepared with the freshest ingredients. Enjoy your meal with our natural A/C, the fresh sea breeze.
The meal just somehow tastes better when the air is fresher. You will enjoy a mixture of Guyanese Chinese favourites. You relax at the restaurant and we take you back to your hotel.
